Dr. Shirleas completed her ministry preparation through Global Univerity’s Berean School of the Bible in Springfield, MO. She holds credentials as a licensed minister in the General Council of the Assemblies of God.
Dr. Shirleas is married to Benjamin C. Washington, CPA. Together they serve in ministry at First Assembly of God in St. Peters, MO. Dr. Shirleas has an earned doctorate degree in education. After serving in public school education for over 25 years, she retired to full-time ministry.
Dr. Shirleas is an Auxiliary Chaplain at the Women’s Eastern Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center (WERDCC). She is an international short-term missionary who has ministered in Mexico, South America, Africa, Cuba and Belize. As an evangelist, Dr. Shirleas has received and accepted several invitations to speak at conferences and local churches around the United States.
